Job Description
Background information: job specific to editing this position provide technical support video, audio and printing media to EPSS public relation and communication tasks
It also improves communication duties through increasing the Efficiency of directorate tasks by reaching the community with quality information position- technical assistance for graphic design
Duties and responsibilities
- Demonstrate in design with general lay out text multiple lay out design, working with multi master page, project and illustration for all printing and social media channels.
- Editing video and photo that disseminate for audience attractively on time
- Support and produce a short video documentary film and local TV display)
- Produce attractive design massage for events, workshops, holly wish, etc
- Display image on local TV display for center /Hubs
- Do general layout activities such as writing text placing and fitting a picture, editing with appropriate tools.
- Placing a picture in different shapes, text wrapping on frame tools
- Design a master page layout fir any published magazine /banners, etc
- Edited /share video graphic and photographic experience with digital ways
- Plan and report each tasks timely
- Other relevant duties as assigned by the public relation directorate
- Key performance indicators
- Implemented design /graphic skills for image building
- Draft /edit audio, video, for digital communication
- Disseminate attractive production for Facebook, website, YouTube, twitter, telegram etc.
- Organized different design /graphic activities

Duty station: EPSS public relation and communication directorate
Terms of employment: (1) one year with possible renewal based on performance
Job Requirements
Educational background and work experience
- BSc Degree in Computer Science Plus College diploma or certificate with Graphic design, video & photography editing
- Minimum of 1 yr of experience in Graphic design
- Will be an experienced individual with all media platforms including broadcasting media (TV…)
- solid understanding of communication and graphic principles approaches and concepts
- Capability and proven experience in drafting video, audio, text production/promotion materials in various ways
- Excellent in audio visual as a cameraman
- Proficiency in using Adobe and similar software
- Ability to work effectively as team work
