Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to teammates through coaching & mentorship.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities and requirements
- Develop high-level software specifications with attention to feasibility
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
- Drive the deal pipeline for FinTech, managing the different categories.
- Track the pipeline, overcoming obstacles to ensure we hit financial and sales targets
- Lead the market FinTech sales teams to recommend, develop, and implement new and creative approaches to grow the Fintech business.
- Report and interact with the business development team to indicate the status of FinTech’s deal progress
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in digital payment technology and banking industry exposure is a plus.
- Experience in the transformation of commercial and client engagement processes.
- Exposure to the payments/fintech/banking or related technology industry with experience operating in a matrix, multi-national, and entrepreneurial environment
- Thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank’s commercial products and services
- A working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures which impact commercial services.
- Demonstrated experience with sales/bank operations and building, leading managing and coaching a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good sales and negotiation skills - Good exposure to project management
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
